Yes I was talking about Stylus RMX. I Will check in the library of the sound is present. As it is a huge library maybe I have missed it. I will double check.
Been a while, unfortunately I haven't found any new leads. I went around and asked more pro old school musicians but they didn't recognize any of the drums. Searched the whole net around Jarre and drums, Samard, and asked several sound library companies if they recognized it, nothing. I kind of let go of the whole thing, pretty much being a drop of water in the ocean kind of deal. Unless I randomly stumble upon I think it's a dead end here.
My final thoughts would be maybe one of the Battery (1 or 2) from Native Instruments? It looks like they had a similar system of presets building, I know Samard used Native instrument softwares, so who knows! It's long been discontinued and I haven't found any remaining pieces of this plug-in on the net.
Btw I decided to gift myself this Stylus RMX (in general am into old electronic sounds like that). Remembering your post Blatman I took a chill day to search if I could find any of the sounds in there but I haven't. Jarre used some Spectrasoncis gears but probably not Stylus.
I finally managed to find the Inkmaster's video soundtrack! Check out the "Bravado (PercBs)" version, it contains clearest version of the drum loop. I'm sure it's still multiple of them layered. I will try to look up the composer's names later
After 3 years of active searching (but probably more as well but not that actively), I can finally found the samples! I couldn't believe my ears, eyes, but alas, I have my hands on them!
Well, not all of the loops unfortunately, but a good 60%, all from the same pack's sub-folder!
East West - Stormdrum 1 - Red Leppelin, using 5 samples:
The flanger/phased drum - Definitely my favourite one, there is also the raw "unphased" recording in there as well!
Solo 1 drum
Pitched down drum - At some point a "dark" drum loop appears before the 2nd solo, I've managed to pinpoint the loop from the crash + low toms pattern, and using the crash's tone I've managed to pitch it down to match the original one (-5 semitones).
Outro heavy drum - There's the raw and the one with the automated High Cut EQ, they've used the automated one
Outro cymbal crash - From the hits category, distorted version
Still left undiscovered:
Intro dark/muffled drum - Probably the clock drum with a filter and no kick drum?
Clock drum - Sounds like a clock, couldn't find it yet. Doubt it was a self-programmed pattern...
Chopped drum - After the 1st solo there's a new drum added, where every 1/2 beats is muted. A clean version of the loop can be heard just before the outro.

I think that Jarre used the orchestral card on Roland XP series for this track. Do not hesitate if you need some sounds (I got the orchestral card of course).
But yes I suppose the naming was quite confusing because the D50 is a clock as well
Though I wonder how much of that D-50 sound bleeds through in "PerfectDrumRimClock.mp3". The rim is added, rim clock is probably a mix of an extra layer of percussion and the D-50 clock.
Ok !!!! Got you ! It seems there are 2 loops together and you already found the first one. My guess is that there is another loop with the big snare on top.
On your track what is the name/source of the "perc loop" occuring during the Nirvana drone ? You have something named ENERGIZER but it seems different from the ENERGIZER I found on DR1. Can you help me on this perc loop ?

That was a sort of bruteforce thing, thiking every sample would be on DR1. It sounded like it was modulated on the L/R panning, plus the rythm checked out a bit. I just added some volume automation (with Shaperbox), some echo and EQ-ing:

This is definitely not it though, if I had to guess it's something probably "PerfectDrumRimClock.mp3" form my prev post, but just modulated, with some extra panning (unless the panning was always there in the original one), and a cutoff filter. I'm even pretty sure the echo is just the original echo from that sample.
If you listen closely you hear some artifacts bleeding though the volume automation from the original one. It sounds like they've manually chopped the sound up.
But maybe I'm wrong, I'm yet to figure out where that loop is from! Maybe it's as silly as the Outro heavy drum, it's literally an automated sample with the cutoff filters already applied to go
