Mine has been totally cleaned up by an enthusiast that sell a lot of Eminents 300, 310 and 510 in Holland (Theatre, Standard and White versions)

I have a little mod with the output because I don't like the stereo output in front on the eminent. I add some resistor and two output at line level. A switch HP (4 pole, one by speaker) can switch off the internal speaker or not.
A separate output for Bass pedal is possible in case when you use small stone for strings and no effect for bass pedal.
I try to separate upper keyboard sound and lower keyboard sound but it's not possible because both are internal mixed to come in the Strings ensemble section and then to the amplifier.

You should check the volume pedal light : if the pedal light is burn, the volume will
be at the max and you will have a saturation.

saturation the problem may be in the glock formant circuit on the sustain voicing board (reverberation, organ and preamplifiers)
The filter is made of one transistor BC 170B (TR34), you may check it with a multimeter (diode test)
Check also the two capacitors (input 1uF and output 0.47uF) with resistor mode on your multimeter : if 0 ohm there's a short circuit, if a lot of Méga ohm, the capacitor is open.
In this cases change the capacitor. A working capacitor must have his resistance varying on the multimeter screen.
Check also the resistors
At the output there is the orbitone preamplifier but if you have no saturation with orbitone on on the other sound then the problem must be on the formant
