It is obviously different. So much so, I wonder is it just a bad pressing of that particular disc, rather than a issue with that release?

Holy hell, that's one muffled sounding record! That's what the entire thing sounds like!?

I dont get the muffled sound when played on my system, only on the recording on the ion usb deck.
I'm saving it as a wav then converting to mp3 for size, so not great.
I actually love it, it's so strange.
I wish I could give you all a better idea of the live sound.
