Cranberry was my favorite ....the organic from Sainsbury's!

I drink cranberry juice, which is organic and it's from Marks and Spencer.

I mean Marks and Spencer are more expencive!

I only buy special food from Marks and Spencer. The non-special is from Tesco.

It's rather boring to buy food here in Norway after living in England!

They have also more healthy food in England..food with less salt and sugar..and much more organic food!

Fried stuff is a weakness for me, but here in the South it's practically a food group of it's own, along with sweetened iced tea (my caffeine of choice ).

I do like Vietnamese spring rolls though; the skins are steamed, and the fillings are fresh...yum...

In Denmark we have this ncie company called Daloon. They make deep-fryed springrolls that you can then warm in your oven. Actually I don't know of other springrollcompanies in DK, so I wonder if it's those Andro is eating Anyway those are good. Springrolls have to taste like a deep-fryer
Anyway I saw a documentary about Daloon. They told that they fry their springrolls in a way, where the springrolls absorb the grease because of a specific temperature that gives them some kind of a shock. It just means that these are not full of fat, as you might have thought.
Besides that Daloon focus on lowfatmeat. They actually claim to have a product that isn't unhealthy, rather the opposite

Being the chef in my house, when I deep-fry anything, which is rarely, I use olive oil- expensive to be sure, but less unhealthy than some other alternatives.

Yeah olive oil is on the good side, but like this Daloon company said when it comes to the heat (they actually say it on their website also) it is best when the oil is smoking hot, so it soak up less fat.
