I think the best way to find the answer is asking Jarre himself Who can do it?

And not just whether he used the 2500, but whether he used the MM System 55 or any of his Korg Modulars, in any way on Oxygene and Equionxe. If we'd have the answer to that, that would be a good way of phasing out what he didn't use, exuse the pun.
He didn't list the Minipops on the album, could there be some other piece of equipment he may have used but said, well it's only for one sound, so no need to list it.

Jarre used a Korg PE synth on Equinoxe. Don't know if it was the 1000 or 2000 though.
But no Korg PS.

Jarrography is used to check his information in several ways. I have to admit I don't have real information with ARP 2500 to say "yes, it was used on Oxygene".

JM Jarre began Oxygene alone in his home, as some pictures shows on the net. ARP 2500 is a big machine, I don't think he used this synthesizer at home.
Later he meet Michel Geiss, first part of Oxygene was finished (part 1, 2, 3). Michel Geiss involved the project to finish part 4, 5, 6 (it is michel that plays the seagull on ARP 2600) and involved in the final mix of Oxygene.

I don't think that meanwhile they procured an ARP 2500. Michel Geiss rather used occasionnally on Rendez-vous album (one track).

Still i can remember that there was a video of JMJ mining Oxy4 on ARP 2500 and old Korg [m500 ?] in some tv show or so...
