I have a question: When ordering the tickets online, I marked „Envoi gratuit par courrier“.
Does that mean, that the tickets will be sent out by post?
Or is the confirmation by mail itself the ticket?

What if I would have marked “Envoi gratuit par courrier Envoi courrier gratuit”? What does it mean – I think the tickets shall be sent by post?

Only if you live in France. Otherwise, get the ticket 10 minutes before the concert AT MOST!!! (preferably earlier of course)

Is it likely that the concerts will have surround sound? Has anybody solid info about that? I read in a news report that there would be surround but that was not a good source and the paper could have confused the forthcoming DVD with the concerts.

The theatre is small enough for surround to work, and Jarre is really into 5.1 now, so why not?

I don't know if someone has mentioned this or not before , but the tickets are avaliable from Fnac.com now .... and they do have the option of sending the tickets outside France.

( PS -is there room for one more ( mad English woman) at your ( possible ) fan meeting Nico ? ..... Yep, I've given in to temptation , raided my piggy bank .... and I'm coming to one of the concerts too ( Saturday 15th ) ... 8)  :peacemaan: ... just need to finalise travel details .... :D )

edit : OK ... not all important information, but I thought I would pass it on anyway .... going back to semi-silent mode.

I always use those plastic cups with strings attached to their bottoms. It's very cheap to use and it has a more personal feeling to it. :D :D

To get the tickets at the theatre you need a printout of the confirmation email, the one with the seat reservations. It has a 'numero' that is your reservation number.

Is that confirmed by the theatre? If so, it will be easy to pick up the tickets few hours before the concert.

That works great for local phone calls indeed, but it's not as portable as a didgeridoo

Hey Guys!

These concerts sound amazing! I'm so envious!

Unfortunately I can't make it as I can't get the time off work and I can't afford the 500 Euro's or so it's going to cost to get myself and my wife there for the evening. And I'm going to miss the fan meeting too!

I'll have to be there in spirit! and I wish you all the best time (although it's going to be one of the best things Jarre has ever done in any case).

Have a great time!

Hi!!!

I´ll be over there the December 22th. :peacemaan:

It will be my first time in Paris, and i will go with some of the same great friends of the Merzouga Adventure.

Is a big, biiiiig illusion to see you over there. I imagine the peaceful and silent emotion in the minuts previous to the beginning of the OXYGENE show, after of an entire day enjoying the magical streets of Paris, dazzling streets, with the christmas lights.

The Marigny Theatre is at the heart of the city, in La Concorde square. Nice place, where Jean Michel Jarre performed his first concert ever.

To listen to OXYGENE in a high quality and, more, sorpresive way, in that place, in that date, will be another dream to make real. :paint: :sailorman: :rain:
