7/7/1976. My mother said, still another one year she could not have kept me in her belly ;-)

In addition I was nearly dead after my birth. I did not get enough Oxygen (perhaps was that the reason, that i became a JMJ fan?).....

I have also been told that I didn't breathe at the first moment, so yes maybe there is a connection.

I have also been told that I didn't breathe at the first moment, so yes maybe there is a connection.
As my sisters told me did the navel cord course-tied my neck (still in the belly and that I was already "blue") and meconium/amniotic fluid aspiration appeared (probably caused by calming medicines), which arrived into my lung. From time to time I have still difficulty with breathing in the middle of the sleep. No asthma, but my neck ties itself for a few seconds. I had much luck, really.

Maybe´this was the reason for the sleep paralysis, which i get from time to time. Nothing dangerous, but is not a mad feeling, to be able to fly, to jump at least 50 Meters high; to see computer animation scenes, which the best computer would not be able to render, to be on curious, never een before places with -such a strange- reality, that i´m often not able to know what´s reality and what´s a dream (sometimes i dream more than 4 dreams in one, no joke! That means that i woke up in a dream from another dream). Sleep paralysis means: You wake up, but you can´t move your body, you´ll ony able to move your eyes and you are not able to speak. It´s 50/50 dream/reality. You can try to move something on your body and you -feel-, that you -really- do that, but nothing happens in reality! You have to cry internally to wake up. In earlier times i did that often, cause i had fear (sometimes you think that someone stands behind you, or you see a black shadow and you get panic; turkish legends say it is the hand of the death). Now: I try to wake up, but i realize that i´m not really back in reality, so i wish myself things into my room, a movie on the wall for example. And it -really- appears! I see with my eyes the reality, but the brain sleeps and "merges" the "whish"-scene with the reality! Or persons etc. Ok, then i wake up, need a short time to get fully out of this situation and then i go back sleeping. And -then- those things appear, which i´ve described above! It is -great-!

Anything else here with those experiences (-not- caused by drugs, i´ve never taked them!)?

Stef

But I think you saw specialists, no ? And it appears only now or it always appeared ?
