This is a fake copy of the well known bootleg. The case is a dead giveaway. Also you can see a bit of the disc which looks like a CD-R. The original is Orange:

well, in assumption that this item is fake (look at the CD itself: the rim does ekzäktlich look like a CDR's rim), the press photos might as well be fake, which means: 1:1 scans from the real photos. With some luck, you might be able to find these as genuine photos / prints

Why would they do such an extensive promo edition just for Ukrain? That's very uncommon. I'm sure it's a fake.
