Yes it is very good. It is basically made of liver and fat, but it is not as awful as it sounds. It is very delicate. Reminds me of 5 years ago or something where I was working in a butcher shop for a week. A whole day was used for making leverpostej. Ofcourse I had to through it on the floor just as an accident :P
