Thats what I used to do,buy and sell old stuff revamping/Repairing them I've been through most of the digital synths from mid 80s-2000,bought both mint and damaged models done some up and sold them on with profit...

the most number of synths I had at any one time was 37,I do tend to buy the odd damaged synth nowadays,but not so much as I havent the time to repair/Maintain stuff like I used to,as I'm concentrating on my music more these days

I can relate to your curiosity,I would buy something if it was cheap enough and then maybe learn about it and sell it on,unless I thought it was worth keeping

Looking at your pics I wish I had of maybe kept my old Polysix,I loved that synth,but coudln't turn down the offer I was given for it,seeing as I'd bought it for £50 and sold it for £275,the Poly6 is a nice synth(providing you don't get one thats had the battery leakage prob)

You have some interesting synths in your collection.....You won't find many of those at great prices in the UK,unless they need some restoration.

Its taken me years to get hold of a MP7 and you got 2 of them!!!!!!I reckon I should have a vacation to Poland.!!! :wink: Have you brainwashed the synth owners that there not worth anything!!!

I use to have the SX210,the 240 had midi which was a great asset,and 2 osc and a sub osc as well I think,where as the sx210 Only had one osc and a sub,but could still make some nice sounds Plus it was DCO so it never drifted out of tune but was still the Analog sound
it had a very interesting Routing system,you could use the VCA to create tremolo efx,it kind of reminded me of a Poly800 in some ways,it also had a chord button where by you could stack 4 or 8 voices in unison to create a chord,giving you another option to phatten up the sounds being only One oscillator this was a great feature

the Kawai SX's are very interesting,the 210 had a nice sawtooth waveform that was good for creating similar timbres to the Solina,these synths are quite rare,I've only ever seen one SX210 for sale and that was the one I bought for £75(uk Pounds)

If you can get hold of one there worth keeping...

HOLY CRAP!!!!

Now the challenge Radek is to make one track under 5 minutes long using every single one of your synths!
