Roger Waters - What God Wants Part 1
Eey, from "Amused to Death"! I have bought this CD couple of weeks ago and trying to get into it now. It must grow I think but this number I already like.

Do you also have the whole album GeeJee?

Yeah I do.
It's a great album, awesome.
Thing with concept albums is - you have to listen them from start to end...
But I'm sure this one will grow on you. Much better imho than his Pros & Cons of Hitch-hiking and Radio Kaoss albums! If he only had David Gilmour on guitars, it would have been an instant hit. Some say Jeff Beck did a neat guest appearance as guitarist, but I can barely notice any decent guitarpart on the songs he's credited for...

Btw. did you check Gilmour's latest album? (On An Island)

Well, I did listen to it 2 times in 1 week (I had it for a week from the library) but it did not "pull a trigger". I found it too calm.
But I admit that listening 2 times is not a lot :-)
Maybe one time I will give it a second try. It would not be the first time that I find a CD good where at first sight I found it rubbish....
