Woah, I just listened to Hey Gagarin again, that beat is damn evil, sounds like the 909 just lightly distorted.

Concert sounds good!

not sure on Jarre's intentions, but too be honest, since the Moscow Concert Jarre has totally demolished Oxygene 7!

If he can Jazz up Oxygene 12,I'm sure he can do better than this Version of Oxy 7!!!it was crap at Cairo and its even worse now!!!and its about time he ditched that Flute playing in Oxy 2!!!!the Pad intro on its own is perfect enough without some dribble playing over it and its even worse with those improvised players..Jarres improvisation is bad enough on its own!!!!WTF is all that about????and the strings????Who arranged these versions!!!There pretty awful IMO,Sure Jarre likes to involve local Musicians, but c'mon the arrangements are pretty bad and spoli great tracks,I mean I'm all for Improv...but :?:

I only hope that if Jarre does a Tour with the new Album next year,he works on his arrangements and stops playing the same versions

Apart from that I quite enjoyed the rest of the Tracks

Yeah I do agree. Oxygen 7 could have been a lot better. I think that first, he should have played the leading sound one octave higher. But even with this, I still prefer the original patch sound.

By the way, for those who love this track, just be aware that I am finishing a remix of my own of Oxygen7. It'll be available soon on my website but I'll let U know then.

Many thanks Nico and JarreGalaxy !!!

Have a lovely evening U all !

Either some pre-programmed or the XL-7 I guess. The XL-7 works like a sampler so in fact he could have sampled any other drumsounds :) Just my guess.

Did he use that XL 7 also in Gdansk?

Yes he used the XL-7 for almost every JMJ performances since Bourges. It is that yellow box.
