Your more likely to get a discount if you go to the store in person,the online prices sometimes are cheaper,but you have to pay for delivery I will always ask for a discount instore,I never pay the advertised price...and have always managed to badger a discount,on everything i have bought,if you can't get it from one store you go to another...Some shops will even sell at a loss to get your sale (and thats a fact)the thing is to try and buy from a large retailer,who have bigger buying power because they still sell the said items at the market price according to toehr retailers,yet are able to buy more from the manufacturer and so get a huge discount for buying in bulk,but don't pass it on to the customer whos willing to pay the market RRP..thats why i always ask for a discount,because unless you ask,they won't give you it!!!!and if they won't go somewhere else...
Most stores will price match on certain items,but i will always ask if they can match the price that was advertised cheaper elsewhere plus a discount as well,might sound cheeky but its saved me a lot of cash!!!!and Sound Control have always done me a great deal on most items i have bought new...
