Chrono 8 on single is a must have for every fan. I have it and loving every bit of it. Michel Geiss did a great job on it. Perhaps Chrono 8 was his last job. Still hate the fact Jarre sacked Geiss. :x

Oh yes, we have enough discussions about that here! Geiss is really a sound-wizzard!

Indeed! The "Geiss era" was imho the best! Maybe we can still hope for a solo album of Michel...

Ah don't whine

It's not that expensive. Only GBP 11 at the moment. You don't have to be a millionair :)

Because anyone with any sense is waiting til the last minute, trying to get a bargain
That was my plan. I saw it when it first got on to ebay. Now who knows...

Things get crazy when people bid 2 or 3 days before the end.

I do. He's frustrated cause he can't have it. It ended up being sold this high because people told about the auction on this forum or sth... although I can understand his point, it's a public auction after all...

Jeez! This auction ended above 150 USD! I never would spend so much money for a single-CD... doesn't matter how rare it is...

How many people on the bidding list frequent this site I wonder.

IMHO it's better for someone off this site to buy it than it be sold to a collector who's only interested in how much it will be worth in 10 years time or, worse still, a dealer (EIL!!) out to make a fast buck.

I was actually talking about Leeus point of view, to which I don't agree.

Luckily I already have this single otherwise I would have been one of the crazy ones bidding "silly" money for it...
