And I am thinking of maybe setting up a plan that has got more exersize then just quiting all the food that is on your list. Surely I am going to eat less, but I am going to get ridd of a minior things that really really adds on my wait. Like chocolate, sodas and dayly candy. I am going to eat according to the plate-modell mostly and add some extra fruit in the diet. This will make it more easy for me, because I think that getting ridd of everything is impossible. And then I just have to change the white stuff I eat (like pasta and such) into full-grain in the long run.

Hi Leenee,
If you do some very very but slow exercize your metabolism will keep burning fat for hours and, a plus, your body will reshape muscles to look nice.
It does not take as much effort as most people think.
I repeat, it does not take effort at all.
For examply, doing an arm curl with a 5-to-10 kilos handbell weight, but do it v.e.r.y. s.l.o.w.l.y. like.. er... 3-to7 times so your muscle really hurts from the effort, then stretch it for confot... then later in the month or so, do it, but grab the "side" of that handbell so that you stress the wrist and forearms... "slowwwwly"... be creative, do it with arms at 45 degrees from torso... all to increase "effort stress" WITHOUT hurting yourself, more ahead.
Do all exercices like this... slowly, very few repetitions - or one - without getting tired, but doing a lot of effort (like squatiing and getting back on your feet really very v.e.r.y. s.l.o.w.l.y. like taking 20 or 30 seconds and felling the pain in the legs - ATTENTION: mind the knees and back, as all the rest of the muscles - "listen" to the stress they may feel while you do this and make sure they ARE confortable (adjust the position, and you may hold on with your hands to something to help out - DO NOT FORCE UNCONFORT or you'll break something, push with strenght and might, but keep your body alright - aligned - keep "stress" only in the muscle your pushing, NOT the joints or elsewhere.
The important thing is doing a hell of a whole lot of "STRENGHT" (within limits, don't explode, do NOT turn all "red face" with effort, don't grin - if any, you're overdoing).
So doing "strenght" over the everyday normal one, keeping the muscle in the move but almost as if at the same position for some time (isometrics).... moving it very slowly, so that it does not gets you tired (heavy/fast breathing), breath normally by instinct, don't hold the breath.
Do not over-do, as I said, it takes a hell of a whole lot less than most people may think. Your body will however stop at proper weight - so it will not work to get you "skinny", it will get you "proper".
Kind like, once every other day for about 1 minute and that's about it.
That's right, one minute every day or every other day - that's it.
One minute, confortable effort, aching muscle (not hurting).
Mind that if you are "lifting" really heavy weight (it's the effort, the strength that matters, not the weight), it's wise to warm up a bit, like 10 secs or so, doing the move fast and without weights.
If you do make "effort" enough, you'll feel a sort of "ache" in the muscle imediatly afterwards, that's not "pain" it's "ache" - strecth it until if feels confortable, it may feel "swallowed" if you really pushed it, stretch and go about your business...
...and then your body, to augment that particular muscle, will keep burning calories from your fat, wherever it may be, for as much time as it takes to ensure next time you do such an effort the muscle is "big enough" to endure it - location of burned fat is not the same of where that of which muscle you exercise - so make sure you do with with all, the bigger the muscle, the more calories you burn, squatting one of the most muscle demanding.
The trick is that you keep spacing efforts that your body thinks "well, it's no longer needed", and relaxes, then you do it again, and it "pumps up metabolism", so you don't risk becoming Arnie Schwazzie, you just trick the body and keep metabolism running fast - which can produce many free radicals, so at least, try to "eat" antioxidants not to get older faster due to the free radicals (Vitamin C and E, preferebly C, are great antioxidants).
Mind you that the muscles WILL grow and tonify, so try to find a way to repeat "effort" one day with this, another with that so you cover the whole body or the parts you'd like to see more tonified.
Arms bicecps, worked like this, one minute, slow 3 reps, effort, will take JUST around 4 days to "grow" visually noticeable, but triceps look way more cool... ergo, balance is important - so one day biceps, another triceps, or both in same day, 2 or 3 times, 30 seconds for each group, super (but not overdoing) effort but no tireness... and you're burning weight all day long...
Mind you that there IS a limit on how much calories you can burn, and how fast, so if you intake more than you burn it gets converted to fat...
The thing is that there's no limit on "for how long" you can burn" calories... if you eat 3 times, but burn all day long balance may fall into what you prefer...
Ergo why this works BETTER than aerobics that make you sweat with "LITTLE EFFORT" and a "LOT OF REPETITIONS" - this is great for cardiovascular system and burning calories "while" doing it, but afterwards, it will not keep burning energy because it does not need it, however, to grow a muscle, it does!
This is also why body builders need special care with energy intakes, but mind you, you're NOT doing body building, youre doing "much effort" in "short period" not to get tired, but "aching", not "hurting".
It's not "no pain, no gain", it's more like "ache and loose weight".
Do *not* overdo, or you'll get micro-lesions instead of a metabolic turbo.
And stretch just for confort afterwards.
Doing arm pushes with one arm against the ground (3) very very slowly, or squating with one leg, thus all already in a advanced mode (knwoing well your body so you don't have a single muscle out of place, if not, expect a lesion) is an example of very "stressing strenght producing" exercises that will get you burning fat for more hours...
Another little help, eating a lot of times per day, and small amounts of food, can actually make you burn more than you eat... using my method again, I mean eating a really really litle amount of food (like ONE peanut, a letace leaf, a beer) like... quite often (seperate by like 20-60 mins).
Why? Digestion takes a lot of energy... so to process what you ate (little) the body spends a lot (digestion), hence, balance tends towards you again - take care for you need more precise balance here for it's more complex - you HAVE to eat WELL and this is a very complex non-easy nor light question - but you get the picture, I hope - read about it. MAKE SURE YOU EAT PROPER.
Thus just to say that if you "STARVE" like some people almost do, the effect is the oposite, your body will react by STORING more to adapt to your new style, hence more fat and less muscle. If you DON'T eat, you WILL loose muscle and fat, but once you eat again, your "in panic" body/brain will imediatlly try to store ALL in fat, as fast as it can, so you end up with less muscle and even more fat, and in an even more complicated situation than the one that made you starve in the first place.
Focus on growing muscles, slowly, and the rest happens naturally.
Cardiovascular exercises are good ot help metabolism effort from your "effort" work better and smoother, for increasing metabolic rate drains effort from cardiovascular system - sex is the best cardiovascular exercize on Earth.
Long text...
By the way, even just being a minute, it has to be a "sore" one, and repeated the within next days, or it won't work - even being just a minute of (confortable but slight more than normal) effort it's one minute you can also give up for favouring lazyness...
That's the big sin - lazyness, beat that, and you're 99.8 % done.
I'm one of those who believe you can eat anything... so I really don't mind food that much, as long as you keep vitals getting in (important nutrients and lots of liquids), your "mind" is alright (mind being the most important thing here), the body will naturally get (as much as possible) toxics out...
So, you can forget all I said.
Because if your "mind" is not alright - it will start to be once you see results - the rest will never be.
Nobody's "mind" is alright ALL the time, we all have emotions, that can screw up the balance of 10 years in 5 minutes and reflect in the body for months, but there's no harm in trying to be "mind set healthy" for as long as you can as much possible as it may be - and still allow dealing with emotions so you don't become a machine, but know they catalize, they magnify, and no one is imune.
So you can see a martial artist master getting beated up, a lean women getting very fat, an awsome driver getting the car of the road and so on, nobody is perfect... er... yet.
So remember "do not do what I do, do what I say" in case your nutricionist is fat, that means not he knows not what he is saying, and so on.
Mind also that the mind self-accepting "confort point" is diferent.. in Germany women even dig the middle-aged men beer bellys... so being thin there may not be important "to the mind" and they feel well. Keyword here being "feeling".
But having the proper "mind set", makes it work much faster, sometimes, with no effort at all... Gain what you want, and you'll loose what you don't need, don't focus on loosing to gain, just on gaining (the goal).
Focus on "being", not on "doing" - this trains proper mind set - "Being" oposed to "acting", "feeling" oposed to "imagining", "existing" oposed to "thinking".
You're not fat because you weight too much, you weight too much because you're fat.
You're not thin because you weight little, you weight little because you are thin.
Notice the main concept above: "you are".
So, main mind exercize: "BE" (what you want).
You see: I'm not wealthy because I'm rich, I'm rich because I'm wealthy.
Kind Regards,
AMR

PS - Your body is 70-80% water, so most "fast weight loss" products make you dehidratate (loose water) to pretend you loose weight - that will hurt electrolitic balance and lead to cramps, dehidration, and may have very serious consequences - keep body well hidrated!
Fat burners increase metabolic speed, but if there's nothing to metabolize for, you may end up with heat rashes and energy burned in cold sweats... way too many stopps at the "loo" and weird symptoms, which will lead you to "eat", hence you get caught in a loop. fat burners should be used only to "lean" if you have around 10-30% fat mass, AND if you do professional exercize.
