Looks like it was presented at NAMM.

I don't like they way it looks, but I have never liked futuristic looking synthesizers. I could imagine this synth to be in alot of studios.

It's not some recent product ;)

Yes I had a go on one at Music Technology show at Wembley arena in 2005,it was a pile of shit...

Never seen them in the shops,I'm pretty sure Kurzweil withdrew it from production,the preview model they had on exhibition was full of OS bugs..It kept locking up and making Popping noises when changing patches

Yes it was from NAMM04.

I found one internet shop that was selling this synth. Somehow I don't think it was in stock... no price etc.

Yeah, "Feedback" the largest synth retail had it in their catalog too, I remember :)

Ok Guys,digging around I found this

pretty much what i had guessed...seems the machine was maybe withdrawn,because of it OS problems.These were evident when i had a go on one,probably this was still the Prototype they used for Namm....it was a nice machine to play on but it didnt sound as Huge as it looked,Maybe if it was 100% functional it may have been a decent machine,but the presets in the thing didn't really do it Justice,mabe they could have employed some better programmers

I know the retail price was gonna be in the region of around £1800 UK pounds...

I also played one and also have sound demos of it and it sound very good.The was few prototypes at frankfurt.
Now it is in PC 3X :
