We have a bread baking machine since a few months. And earlier we used to bake cookies once a month.

I used to bake croissants in early 2002, but I got really annoyed at the cheese I used so somehow that stopped my bakery-o-rama...

The bread turned out as they should have, but I guess I will be playing arround with different kinds of seeds and stuff like that to get my favourite...

Here is a recipe to a bread I used to bake in the year 1980.....

(I shall translate it to English very soon, when I have better time!)

Grovbrød

500 gram grov hvete
100 gram kli
300 gram fin hvete
100 gram byggmel
100 gram havregryn
800 gram hvetemel
en og en halv spiseskje salt (du kan bruke mindre salt)
50 gram gjær
7 dl vann
7 dl skummet kulturmelk

dette blir fire brød så du må ha plass i fryseren til tre brød!

Very healthy and tasty bread, this recipe is created by a young norwegian student in 1980,
she did win the competition "the best bread in Norway" that time. :D

Have a nice weekend

Tur

... and there's a lovely bakery two steps away from my apartment.
