True, the laserharp was a real device but not practical live. None of the laser harp sequences in any Jarre concerts were performed live they were mimed for practical reasons. As I have said in another thread I had the good fortune to talk to two of Jarres engineers who worked on Docklands and the Bastille concert who confirmed this. I have no problem with accepting that.
