Someone is selling their entire JMJ collection on ebay!

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Jean-Michel-Jarre ... dZViewItem

It looks to me like they are selling it so they've got more money for the baby (judging by things the seller has bought off ebay).

How sweet! I don't suppose anyone stands a chance given that RDIYER is bidding (this person seems to buy everything JMJ on ebay!) but perhaps GeeJee could bid for his personal museum?

What a collection!

But this person has listed this same Jarre Collection "5" times!!! already and everytime it is about to end they remove the auction because they don't get what they want for it.

The seller would be smarter to sell it in individual pieces. Most Jarre fans have several items already in the collection so why would they pay so much to get the same crap again. Watch and I bet they remove the auction before it ends again.

Wich idiot sell hiss entire Jarre-collection?

And what's the pleasure to get everything of Jarre in one time? I 'm collecting Jarre-stuff since 1991 and it's for me a great experience to find new Jarre-stuff somewhere (on e-bay, record-stores, ...). :D

Greetzzz...

Yes, as Christophe says, it is more exciting to buy each object by each, you say for example : "woah, there is this one on eBay, I want it and I will do all my possible to buy it !"

For my case, I will never buy something like that, I bought one time all JMJ's CDs but there are not specially collectors, I bought them only because the price was low (around 1,5€ the CD) and because I didn't have them ;)

Anyway, good luck to the persons who want to win the auction :D

I put a bid in the first time he listed it, I was going to sort out what I already had and sell the rest on. The final bid (not mine) was in excess of £1000, can't see him getting a much better offer than that. Not many people have that sort of cash just lying around.

In fact, it is not enormous, I didn't count the real price but I think it is at least 2000€...
