Could someone make a demo of this factory combi patch (solo), please? Several chords... I'm just curious of how does it sound (BTW what programs are used in this combi). I can't do it in any musical shop in my city, cause I can't find Triton (even the new Korg X50)... :?

I'm not sure if the X50 will have this combi patch!!

Surely they must have a Triton Extreme!!Its still in production :shock:

I would guess that its probably also on the Karma,and maybe the LE/TR models,Karma would probably be a definite yes to have it in its banks,but the LE/TR I'm not so sure sure because of there Limitations on IFX processing...but you could always look up for a PDF program list for those Triton Models...






If you get your hands on a Triton

in the Classic Model it Combi Bank A75
In the Extreme Model its Combi Bank J89

The programs used are

Timbre 1-Program Bank D061-Glass Vox
Timbre 2-Program Bank D009-Freedom Pad
Timbre 3-Program Bank C053-Artic Voices
Timbre 4-Program Bank D042-Dance Lead
Timbre 5-Program Bank B036-X-mod Raver

(these program locations are for the Triton Classic Model only,in the Extreme Models the classic Program banks_A-D are included but in banks J-M in the Extreme sounds banks due to extra ROM)



The Combi has an arpeggio running too,but i've played it both with the Arp on and off....As you can hear it does sound similar to the JD800 Oxygene 2 AERO intro....Hence why i played a little bit of it...


the sound is played direct from the Triton into the DAW with no processing/Compression or Eqing ,the sound has EQ which is from the Combi settings only set in the triton..

Sounds really similar. With this arpeggio it's great. Well, the commercial refill for Reason with Triton sounds has these programs, but no combis (even the program numbers are different, dunno why). But thanks for the info and demo 8)
By the way, maybe it's time to change the intro sound (if Karma has it, then ... Francis :roll:?) ?

Nice and all that - but the sound Francis used for backing the flute and theremin is from the JD800. In fact, I have the patch.

Or wasn't that what this thread is about? :P :lol:

I was just curious, cause I recalled this patch name about a year ago (Equin(00)xe was talking about it) and I was curious of how similar does it sound. :roll:
