Brussels update: Anybody who doesn't have tickets, doesn't need tickets. Just seen Neil Young for free from beyond the perimeter fence. Strict security around the edges but plenty free vantage points from the street.
I would done same ..... gladly stood outside the whole concert.

This reminded me a funny thing about Brussels, when I was there I stumbled upon a street that had a lot of music-related establishments (music stores with musical instruments, music school, record shops). For clothing enthusiasts, that shirt is an old Agnes B shirt. He does love that brand as well
