One of the artists Jarre mentioned in one of the interviews to be involved in the concerts is Refik Anad. He ist the guy who did the spectacular "Living Architecture" in Barcelona: https://refikanadol.com/works/living-ar ... sa-batllo/. Something like this would make the concerts really spectacular.

The documentary might be the one for which they did interviews with the fans in Bratislava last year.

There was also talk the other day about a behind the scenes documentary on Rendezvous Houston - maybe all this talk is about one project?

For the Brussels show, it appears the Royal Palace will not be the backdrop, but over to one side of the crowd. Video mapping onto its facade could be a great addition to the show. In recent years, there have been some spectacular (non JMJ) video mapping work - this outfit comes to mind: https://monumental-tour.com/ - but JMJ has not really used this technique in his live shows. Until now? Given he arguably invented (or at least popularised) the idea of film and image projections during live shows, from 1979 and on through the 1980s he has every right to use the latest techniques.

Jean-Michel Jarre : "We are living a historical moment that in twenty years will be remembered as a golden age, a creative avant-garde similar to the one that saw the first directors of silent and black and white cinema at work. I wish people weren't afraid of AI and technology. Every great invention, such as the discovery of fire or the invention of writing, challenges human intelligence and evolution. Subverting technology: this is what artists and creatives should be doing right now. I am happy to bring my art and my performances to Italy for this "personal Italian season", and it is a true dream that it comes true to stage these two concerts in the magnificent Venice and Pompeii.”

Bulgaria tickets still on TBA, on official site.
What could really be the reason?

Electronic music pioneer coming to Pula at the end of June
Jean-Michel Jarre will perform in the Roman amphitheater at the end of June. A comprehensive experience that blurs the boundaries between art and technology.
