Duration is not a determinant - I mean, if you add an additional sequence to the original mix the length will remain the same. This is not just with regards to Ethnicolor, Diva/Zoolook/Zoolookologie also had various track lengths/mixes throughout the releases with Zoolook/Zoolookologie having the most significant differences. Of all the tracks of Music for Supermarkets that have been released, I'm happy this was one of them along with Diva. Ah, yes, with a director of the stature of Jeunet, you would expect a disc of videoclips he directed, just like Gondry has.

For sure ZOOLOOK is a special album : innovative and inventive like the music video of ZOOLOOK, which is not so obvious now with this cursed AI.
I just hope for a quality that respects the creator's own work... we can dream.
Also it's true that it's not respectful for the longtime fan to present an already known piece as something new.
He will not have waited to make different versions of Zoolook without warning.
A single edit of Moon Machine revisited would have been enough.
This footage is amazing! Where has this come from? Incredible that JMJ's team has not got archive material of this kind to use as part of a decent anniversary re-release. I absolutley love this video, with the twist in the tale/tail. It appears Dreyfus gave JMJ a decent promotional budget but I guess he spent 90% of the funds on this arty, interesting and visually brilliant Zoolook video and the 10% that was left over on the dreadful Zoolookologie video
