Lead sound Magnetic 2, Orient express, MFS part1

I wonder what synth Jarre had used for Magnetic fields part 2 (lead and chords), Orient Express (chords) and Music for supermarkets part 1(chords). it is definitely the same sound he used for these tracks. Somebody know this? I always thought it came from a Oberheim OB-Xa with chorus effect but i'm not that sure anymore.

No idea - just for trivia's sake, the Roland D-50 (VST) patches by Radek Tymecki sound pretty close, though. ;)

It's a generic pulse wave with width set to 66% (given that 50% = clean pulse). Most analog synths would be capable of reproducing it.
