Nevertheless my statement is still valid - it's not "techno", it's a "mediocre pop song".
An in other news, turns out that "Opening (Movement" is actually "Coachella Opening". Track time is different (4:16 vs 3:58 on Planet Jarre), so there's some hope that it's a different version but then again those can be just opening/ending sound effects. One may help but wonder what was the point of releasing in Planet Jarre (we could have gotten Web Spinner instead!).
