Is anyone able to create a sample of this "spring" sound from rendez vous 4?

Have you read my post top of yours ? you got the sample of the original sound at high level.

After listening it a while, it sounds like a very short decay saw with reverb.

Of course, the settings of the reverb are..... but it can make some interesting sounds like this.

I'll try to set my theory in practice

I tried your rdv4 spring sound. wav, but as you said, the bass is too much present.
now i'm trying to use the sound that starts in the first second of the song...and try to turn up the volume. I'll let you know if it works

Oke, this is not gonna work. i tried to edit the first sound on the original recording...but after i set the volume to max level i noticed that also the bass sound is present from the beginning. i think it's impossible to create a clear sound this way without the bassline.
