I have the 2010 tour poster hanging next to the bathroom door. :burgl:
Because I think it was a fantastic thing that JMJ pulled off playing his "antique" instruments again live and all. :)
But enough is enough even for me and some new harmonic tracks really would've been the icing on the cake.
It's just a dream. If it will ever come true I have no clue.
"A fan, sometimes also called aficionado or supporter, is a person who supports with a liking and enthusiasm for something, such as a band, a sports team or entertainer. Fans of a particular thing or person constitute its fanbase or fandom. They may show their enthusiasm by being a member of a fan club, holding fan conventions, creating fanzines, writing fan mail, or by promoting the object of their interest and attention. Some fans even take it as far as impersonating their idol or go into a state of insanity by believing they are the character the person is obsessed with."/wikipedia

Yes it would be exciting to hear some new good music from him, everyone here wants it, but we can not squeeze this music out of him.

I have a signed Tour-Poster hang on my wall in my corridor :punch: :P

Jean Michel Jarre hasn't changed. . . Some of the fans tastes and patience have.
Jarre concerts attended - Destination Docklands 1988 - Paris La Defense 1990 - Europe In Concert 1993 (Manchester & London) - Oxygene Tour 1997 (Birmingham)

As "first impression counts" that certainly did the trick. Being a fan is one thing, liking his music is another. But being down right rude is over stepping the mark.

I just want another Zoolook-ish or Equinoxe-ish album, a combination of the two (as in two albums released in one box) would be bloody awesome
27-11-10: Ahoy Rotterdam
22-11-16: Heineken Music Hall Amsterdam
01-07-25: Palais royal de Bruxelles/Paleizen Plein Brussel

It was never announced.

Even in a 2007 interview the album was "announced" for 2008 anyway...

To be fair, a lot happened in the intervening years. The Marigny concerts were a huge success, leading to an expanded series of concerts the next year, then the 2009 In>Doors and 2010 Tours. Add to that the bereavements he has had, not to mention other personal issues ...

If Perth goes ahead in March, it would be a perfect showcase of any new material ...
Concerts attended:
Destination Docklands 1988
Paris la Defense 1990
Europe in Concert - Wembley Stadium 1993
Oxygene Tour - Wembley Arena 1997
Theatre Marigny Paris 2007
Oxygene Tour - NCH Dublin 2008
2010 Tour - The 02 Dublin The 02 London (10-10-10)
Electronica Tour - 3Arena Dublin 2016

Yes, I think he must be have new material for this concert. I fear it will otherwise be no more major concerts. :? maybe only concerts for real fans in small locations . But I also think, his creativity is blocked, because of the recent massive personal problems in the past. I hope he can free himself sometime.
He gets bored easily...
