The problem is that the envelope settings will differ from synth to synth.
Are you using a hardware ARP2600 or another synth?
For the ARP, start with OSC1 at 10Hz and the other two an octave higher, slightly detuned left and right of course.
First OSC is square the other two are pulse.
The real trick is the combination of the filter cutoff, keyboard tracking, envelope amount and amp and filter envelope settings. Screw this up and you have mush.
Lots of release, adjust decay for punch.

Too much phaser color. That phaser that you're using sucks btw, it doesn't have a full bodied sound.
If your hardware small stone is dead, get another one. Or get the Arts Acoustic emulation of it, called BigRock, it's a dead on emu of an MK2.
Otherwise you can get the freebie called Kleinstein, you need Reaktor to run it though.
Add more filter env release.
And what is that sub-bass doing there before the patch and throughout? It's killing your sound.
(When I said use a 10Hz setting for an ARP2600, that translates as using a 16' oscillator on other synths, not an actual 10Hz signal, that's crazy dude
(Also sorry to be blunt here, but throw that piece of shit in the rubbish bin, Arturia's stuff will never get you anywhere.
The only two VSTis capable of analog character are TimewARP2600 (which Jarre uses) and a new synth from Uhe, called Diva. Just some friendly advice
Allow the patch to breathe, the harmonics should be going up and down across the frequency range as the phaser does its thing.
