I just looked briefly at the quality. It appears to be HD (13 GB), but at the same time as if it was upscaled from SD. It looks very much like upscaled SD. In fact, it does look a little bit sharper and clearer than the untouched RTBF DVB-T broadcast (the around 3 GB MPEG File) by Icarus, which is a very good SD version. However, a not very smooth frame rate conversion seems to be have been made from 50 half frames to 60 half frames, so the pictures stutters a bit during movements if you look closely. Does NRJ HD really broadcast with 60 frames per sec, which would be rather unusual for Europe? There's also a DVD from the same channel. Maybe it was made from the original SD broadcast. It is from the SD broadcast (no HD logo) and it is in 50i. However, the qicture quality of the HD version and the RTBF file are slightly better.
