Don't forget the 80's style of editing by having 5 small windows in screen at once... I thought that the old editor of the VHS tapes was gone, but someone seems to like his style, and I personally hate the editing on those VHS tapes

Thanks Icarus. Hope your gonna share that. Loved Chrono 1 AND Vintage. Lighting was brilliant. No new tracks was disappointing. Euronews break ruined it. But otherwise from a dodgy moment with laser harp really enjoyed that.

Guess we will here tomorrow or atleast somewhere this week...

I really loved the addition of Bruno, I thought it was kinda quite in those big shots to see it fly up and then change the shot to Bruno for the Fireworks :D

Wow

Also anyone else suprised by how well Vintage was received, it got along with Chronologie Part 2 the biggest cheering and clapping! Ironic because Jarre hate´s that album himself...
Also suprising that at some point when it was finished after the Encore some guy had written on his IPad: "More Téo and Téa", which I quite honestly fully support :D

Anyway, I''m also off, gotta wake up in 5 and a half hours for work :)

Just amazing show! The "mistakes" was a fun part me thinks.
Tuning the ARP 2600 in flight is admirably.
The smoke for the laser harp was stolen by the wind.
I loved Bruno. Very interesting camera angles from above. 8)
I missed Oxy 12 a bit.

docklands88 wrote:Visually stunning concert, however musically I feel very let down with the exception of Chrono 1&4 and Vintage which were AMAZING. I was appalled at how much he ruined the solo of Industrial Revolution pt3 and all of that rubbish improv during Rendez Vous 3.

The euronews channel ruined it too with terrible sound and a fricking news break in the middle of the concert!

a so so event for me... sorry

He didn't see laser during RV 2 and 3 this is why (also) he couldn't play properly.

aynway a great concert , this is what I expected visually, Musically he could improve himself a little bit yet but hey, he Did improved everything by now!!

All together?

Thank you JM !!!

There is a lot of fake crowd noise. The concert has not the atmosphere than that they want us to believe on TV or stream...

I think there was not very much people at the concert.

Maybe 10.000 people?

Sorry for my opinion but Jean Michel Jarre is a faker(music) and faker(concerts) in everything. The name Jean Michel Jarre is just a company.

Oxygene, Equinoxe, Les chants magnétiques, Les concerts en Chine are OK. All other releases after 1981 no real Jarre anymore.
Concerts:
Paris La defense 1990
Le Mont Saint Michel 1993
Bruxelles Heysel 1993
Concert pour la tolérance 1995
Showcase Teo and Tea Lint Belgique 2007
