As few as possible. I get the best ideas and the best personal "performance" at the maximum point of hunger, which I can bear (approx. 2 days) . No, i´m not joking. After this point i eat as much as possible, but only healthy food like fruits, vegetables, or, if necessarily, also a fat and juicy steak. Regular eating makes me too fast tired and slow-acting. I compensate the lack of nutrient with tablets (magnesium, calcium, iron, vitamine A, vitamine C, Vitamine E, selenium etc). Imo (and also my personal statement) I live so healthier, as if I would eat every day only artifical sh*t from "normal" super market food. Since everything became cheaper in the food sector, are also the quality of the products and their contents -very bad-.

Greetings
Stef

Are your sure that is healthy? I once read that people who haven't got any food for some days have to be carefull when they get the chance to eat as much as they can, because the body gets confused if it has been empty and then suddently there is almost too much, but maybe this isn't the same if you say your are eating the vitamins, the bosy needs.
It's just the theory like cold and warm. If you are freezing your hands for instance due to very cold weather and you put them under cold water, some sort of cold meets warm reaction will happen like thunder.

I think the most important thing is just to listen to your body...trying and observing how it is reacting. There're so many theories impossible to join together that it's the best thing you can do for yourself (of course when I'm writing "trying" I mean "trying wisely").

And as an ideaological vegetarian I advise resigning from meat... ;)

Meat rules. :D

As for the eating habits - as long as you don't die, feel good, and even have inspiration, who am I to say it wouldn't be healthy.... :D
