I find it so sad that all the many years of us as a species having mastered and developed the art of communication via language and verbal speech far more sophisticated than any other species that graced the earth that today we are more reliant on technology to do the communicating for us nowadays, infact so much that we are now reversing the desire to actually communicate verbally at all.
We can type and text and communicate with people all over the world via forums, social networking sites or email etc or Phones, but we all neglect the desire to talk to people anymore like it become secondary to how we communicate with others,I find it so shocking that you can go to a public space and see people more interested in their mobile phones than the company they sit with,I found it rather disturbing sitting in a Cafe recently and seeing the amount of people who were sat on their own either texting or emailing, yet part of the ideology of going to a cafe before all this technology was around was originally about socialising
the internet and technology have opened up so many possibilities to be able to reach a wider audience yet is has made us more isolated as a species than we actually care to think about.
