Great news - and I have a ticket for Berlin!!! :peacemaan:
Jarre: The first product specifically for this technique is a 3D Blu-ray disc to be from me. Maybe we film the show in Berlin with a professional 3-D full HD production system. Panasonic wants to unravel it and also that it does not consider these gimmick glasses needed anymore.
I never heard that before:
Jarre: In the late '60s, I studied electroacoustic music with Pierre Schaeffer in Paris, then a semester with Karlheinz Stockhausen in Cologne.

Well, seen the other questions and the name of the interviewer, this interview was probably already made at the Berlin press conference in December. Jarre indeed mentioned there that they might record the Berlin concert but he also said, that they might record Paris. Actually, especially after postponing the Liberec concert, I doubt they will record Berlin, because it is too early in the tour schedule and they still might have to struggle with some technical problems. So I think Paris would be more likely, but you'll never know. It would be great if Berlin was recorded...

Regards,
Matthias

Depends how transportable the 3D video cameras are with all the instruments. :robertdugenou:

Jarre is never talking about Klaus Schulze.

I'm sure he knew his music since KS performed in Paris at early stage (a Ballet called Totemfeuer in 1973) and performed in France several times before Oxygène. In 1973, Kraftwerk, KS and Tangerine Dream were all in Paris playing apart...
It was rock/avant-garde and electronics but not 100% electronics.

So, he must have at least heard of all these guys quite early in their career...

Maybe, it is cause Klaus Schulze is not as popular as Kraftwerk and Tangerine Dream. :P
