How can you say that?jp8000 wrote:It is funny, that JMJ:s setup is a secret, but at least it is quite sure, that ethnicolor won't be played

It looks like that quoting has been gone wrong, because this sentence was written by me, not Jakob.
but there are no E-mu Emulator (for the choir pad and the tsut), and that's why I said so (and I believe that JMJ wants to play the leads).
Yeah I thought there was something about it that didn't sound like me. Still I said something similar in another thread, so it could as well has been pointed at me. It's corrected now.jp8000 wrote:Pat1982 wrote:Jakob BC wrote:It is funny, that JMJ:s setup is a secret, but at least it is quite sure, that ethnicolor won't be played

It is a Moog Source. Just checked it along side a Source picture. If you look at that image of Dom with the synth, you can see the wooden end checks, the step down from the end check where it meets the alimimium body and the metal body running from the pitch/mod wheels. Also, the top of the body is flat. His notes sitting atop would be more raised if there were an array of filters knobs beneath.Jakob BC wrote:however it could also be the Moog Source.
Maybe Jarre has it now, replacing the wonky MemoryMoog as his main synthVelodynamic wrote:No Prophet-5 this year?

I can also force myself to see that there is something shiny under the keys, as if it was the aluminim casing. Let's seeJon wrote:It is a Moog Source. Just checked it along side a Source picture. It would be smart to have a backup at least in his rig, in case the Memorymoog lets him down again. Thought he'd use the Jupiter 6 for that purpose at the Milan trial concert..Jon wrote:Maybe Jarre has it now, replacing the wonky MemoryMoog as his main synthVelodynamic wrote:No Prophet-5 this year?

It does add that 'certain' edge to the performance if your synth starts playing upGeeJee wrote:It would be smart to have a backup at least in his rig, in case the Memorymoog lets him down again. Perhaps it's part of the charm to have some risky synths in your setup..
