Well I already do lots of sports activities,I play for a sunday league football team and also play for a squash team and also a Cricket team (during the off season of football)

I do weights etc at the gym 4 times a week as well as run up to 4 miles 3 times a week so I'm pretty much occupied with exercise and sports activities,I used to do Judo but got bored of it,i try to go swimming when i can...

I also used to do Thai Boxing which is a very demanding and disciplinary art,its not just a few bouts of Kickboxing....there is a lot of vigourous training and thats without the match fights,i no longer compete in this now as i have no time to dedicate myself to the Discipline of it, as it take a lot of dedication but i reccommend it to anyone who wants to find direction in themselves, its a great sport to find the true you.. its quite a spiritual sport.

i would like to try out Lacrosse...and maybe some Snowboarding..

Heavy lifting of beer filled glasses and distance throwing of smoking cuban cigars.

Ocasionally, when in great shape, snooker.

Kind Regards,

Oh, I'm as sportive as Ayer's Rock.

What I've done a bit many, many years ago, and what I can recommend: Fishing. You sleep for three hours and call that sports. (Okay, I had a bit more action that time...)

Dunno, being a master in martial arts would be quite ace, but I lack motivation to do something about it :P
