Cos a kid got stuck under it... seriously... I mean, the whole thing about 'a fence around the gardens' here has proved useful and successful - until yesterday... when something happens here, it generally happens with an indecent amount of style and flair and when you've got parents with 'no win no fee' mentalities, anything is usually a good media opportunity to help squeeze £££ from the councils coffers....
as for me? I'm just THERE... an unintentional journalist

In dutch, it's not uncommon to call your nipples tits. So it was your stubborn robot interpretation that started it all... :smoke:

This has been the worst fire year in Norway since 1979.
Many lives lost very recently, and that even before Christmas.

Too bad.

Was it arson or an accident that caused the fire?

Well, there have been a lot of accidents lately. But there was one in Oslo where 6 people died.
They are still not sure about this one; first they seemed to think it was arson, but now they seem to think the latter. But they have stated that open flame in a passage caused it, so there was people involved, though they likely didn't set the bulding on fire on purpose.
