How about this for mega Bizzare.....
I sold my Quasimidi Raven,back in March this year,I wasn't using it and hadn't done for a long time,Just as a little clear out in the studio I decided to sell it,some guy travelled over 200 miles from the North of England to pick it up from my Home...didn't think I would miss it as much as I anticipated as it has some very unique sounds,but I had the intention of buying another again in the future.
Just recently I had started to miss it,and missed out on another one from Ebay last month,seeing as they are becoming rarer now I've wanted to get another one again as was becoming a little anxious about Ever getting another one,as they rarely crop up at all....
Just as a general Quasimidi search on Ebay,I found another Raven for sale just yesterday,from a Local dealer on ebay I have bought both a JP8000 and Korg Z1 from in the past,Looking at the Listing photograph of his Raven I noticed it had some distinctive Markings on the case similar to those that the one I sold had,I Emailed the guy and asked him if he would do a deal on the Raven,Imagine my suprise when he accepted my offer,not only that,I always keep a record of the serial Numbers of the synths I have owned etc. in the past...When I asked him who he had purchased it off,it was the same Guy I had sold it too 6 months ago,who had sold it to him as part of a Studio setup clear out,after checking the Serial Number on this model.. It was MY ORIGINAL RAVEN..
I'm still spooked by this incident!!!
