For the lead sound, you maybe can try a longer attack, and put a little filter-envelope over it, to make it a little more dynamic. And did you hear that there's a very strong delay on the lead?
For the guitar part, maybe you can play that one octave lower, and put a slight distortion on it (with hi-damp @ 1 kHz), to let it sound a little less midi'sh. Personally I would add a huge Drum'n'bass/jungle rhythm too, but that's a matter of taste, I guess .
But sounds good!

For the guitar part, it has already been set one octave lower, and for the drums, I prefer the original, it and the lead makes this song special (for me)
