This is the last thing I recorded with my (now sold) Moog Little Phatty and Solina String Ensemble. Drums are samples and probably not very acurate, but I didn't went for a 100% replica anyway (that would be like trying to draw the perfect circle on free hand ). I also used a Smallstone phaser and a Electric Mistress flanger.

Apologies to those who miss the wind and swoosh effects, but the Moog LP don't have noise.

Nice. Contemporary strings, the melody is even more minimalist sounding than Jarre perhaps some reverb

And I miss those swoosh effects

More minimalist than Jarre? If you're thinking about the end - yes. But then the old man himself was pretty minimalistic on the version on Oxygene in you livingroom.
I agree about the reverb. This was the first thing I recorded with Logic. I had just basic knowledge about the program so the effects was somehow lost when I mixed it.

Again, the goal was only to use the Moog. Since it lack a noise generator I had to do the song without it.

Kaffekick? Haven't I seen that name on VSE?

Yes, I'm Kaffekick at VSE. I don't visit that often though since I lost my hardcore interest in synths.
