As always…. Same boring playlist… I think that Jarre is completely done . Less and less material on stage, and he is not even trying to hide the fact that he is not playing any note (during mf2 solo for example). Sad ending.

I don’t have the dvd but on the cover a 5.1 audio track k is mentioned, if it is correct it could help sequencing. I will try to check that.

I was talking about the orchestral part. Did you use the separated 5.1 version to get all the notes of the string orchestral part ?

Original is from the D-50 yes. Many sounds of Revolution in fact…

I think that the string sounds is from the Roland JV series, on my XV-3080 the preset Marcato C038 seems very close to the one of the track.

Do you need the D-50 Machine Run loop ? I have the Roland Cloud D-50 so do not hesitate if you need wav or other sound from the synth.

On your track what is the name/source of the "perc loop" occuring during the Nirvana drone ? You have something named ENERGIZER but it seems different from the ENERGIZER I found on DR1. Can you help me on this perc loop ?

Ok !!!! Got you ! It seems there are 2 loops together and you already found the first one. My guess is that there is another loop with the big snare on top.

Another great discovering ! What you are calling clock drum is the very first sound of the song ? If yes it is a D50 sound.

I think that Jarre used the orchestral card on Roland XP series for this track. Do not hesitate if you need some sounds (I got the orchestral card of course).
