Some of the one-hit drum/percussion noises are from Distorted Reality and Cuckooland Asylum and Unhinged. Incidentally, Cuckooland samples are littered over Metamorphoses and form some of the main percussion/loops on Bells.

It's Distorted Reality 2. Most of the loops on DR 2 are also available as separate hits/parts which can be individually sequenced, but that noise loop is DR 2.

One more drum loop for Oxygene 17 is available in Stylus RMX in the "Core Library", "RMX Grooves", "72-Liquid Frame". Especially the "72-Liquid Frame Combo". Claps and snare are also from Stylus but I didn't find the loop.

If you want to consider presets, then the Korg Triton was used to compose Sessions 2000:

Intro FX - 'Shuttle Landing' from Sound Ideas Element's Cafe
Drum/Perc - Psycho Kit from Triton
Pads/LFO effects - Triton but can't locate samples to check the name

Can't remember the names of the sounds but the Roland Vintage Synth module/JV80-04 expansion was used A LOT in Oxygene 7 and Je Me Souviens.

Also, on the XL-7, Francis Rimbert used some of the presets in his own music, as he did with the Roland Vintage Synth module/expansion.

I can confirm that the drums you're looking for are not from any of the Distorted Reality or Cuckooland libraries. The main drums you reference (kick/snare loop) are far too generic to be from those libraries!

However, there are a few sounds that are from DR - the warped string/guitar ...
