my question would be: is this item worth buying/having from a die hard collector's perspective in terms of physical Jarre material? opinions welcome....

it really is. But bear in mind that the pictures coming with this auction are *NOT* the ones from the actual object for sale, but from Discogs (in fact, I uploaded them on Discogs)

Based on Discogs, those typos and omissions are in the original back sleeve as well.

Does anyone have the original LP to confirm ...

the uncredited track "A Loue Theme For Gargoyles" on the back sleeve of the reissue (as well as on the purple sleeved release of the 70s) is a) correctly written, and b) credited to JM Jarre on the back sleeve of the "Syncro Fox" release (brown-ish sleeve)

...cool, with **MY** "Deserted Palace" LP cover scan (it's the one I got autographed after the "Marigny" concerts back in December of 2007, then very much later rescanned for my now almost finished book project, and then uploaded to Discogs) - very sexy!

OK, today came the mailman and I can confirm that the "Oxygene" ES is selling is *NOT* a special release of the album, but the 2015 remaster on 180g vinyl (Discogs release number [r7597701]).

So it's a bit disappointing, but well...
