No need to justify yourself here.

I for one can't program a computer so who am I to judge whether or not a lot of time, attention, and energy went into a major enterprise as this one. Be it as it may, I think you deserve lots of kudos for attempting it at all.

I found the demo section on the website a bit lacking, that's why I only listened to the O4 rendition. In this case, the RMI didn't quite sound like the real thing -- there are better virtual instruments around that nail the sound but, perhaps, it was just poor programming. The sweep demoes were ...

Akai MPC with Linn samples would be your safest bet -- don't trust those samples out there which render the LM-1 hideous-sounding. Best option would be making your own samples and ...

O5 intro is Farfisa almost exclusively. Sustained chords, run through an EH Electric Mistress.

Main sequencer stuff on O5 is RMI Harmonic Synthesizer throughout. Some embellishments were played manually (unless Jarre had this odd factory modification for external clock control of the arpeggiator ...
