I find releases such as Session 2000 and Printemps de Bourges 2002 refreshing because it shows that Jarre is still interested in more experimental kinds of work, albeit with an updated spin.

Don't get me wrong, I love his more pop, sometimes kitschy stuff but sometimes you're just in the mood to hear a bit of Bleu AOR (uhhmm... I mean Metallic Souvenir).

moviemaker, I love your threads :D
You should be a reporter, you know ? ;)

Well, after Bourges and S2k, I would like too for my case to listen to the whole AOR ballet, and even why not to watch the video !
I liked his experimental period, let's hope he will make an experimental album one day :D

If the new album is rock-ish, it will be experimental. :P

Hm, yeah, but not in the same way as AOR and La Cage and other ones with this mood :P

I like the things Jarre has done recently: Sessions, Geometry & Aero! I still haven´t heard Printemps de Bourges yet, just snippets!

But I would like, for his next album, some "bigger" compositions like Rendez-vous or Zoolook!

Actually a blend of those two would be a dream come true!! :D :D

I didn't say that. But you said you wanted a combination of Zoolook and Rendez-Vous, well in my opinion, the two of them make Revolutions.
