DJ Hani has offered two of his Oxygene 8 remixes as digitally remastered tracks on his website

These two tracks are Oxygene 8 (Hani 101 remix) and Oxygene 8 (Hani 303 remix). The Hani 101 remix has only been released vinyl before and considered quite rare. The CD single releases and the one on Odyssey Through O2 are edits of the 101 mix.

The big international success of Michael Jackson “Earth Song” Remix was hard to avoid. Even Jean Michel Jarre himself loved it. Naturally, JMJ personally requested my remix work on his Oxygene 8 . What he did not know is that I love his work and have listened to it often. I was honoured to work for this Electronic Music pioneer. The parts he sent me on DAT where pure analogue bliss. So well produced. I had a blast working on this one. JMJ loved the remixes so much he invited me to lunch when he visited New York to master it. Much respect.

Not that big on these mixes, though I love the FM mix he's done. The real highlight is that fax on the page!

I seem to have missed this (DJ Hani's page has expired)... has anyone got the possibility to lead me to these tracks, as the vinyl-only version of his O8 remix is interesting to me...

I have several versions of the Hani remixes that I have gathered over the years:

There is also a bootleg site of JMJ stuff (probably known to most members here), I don't know whether I'm allowed to post a link - @Admins: please let me know.

While that site has album rips and that's uncool, there are also live recordings, remixes that are hard to find, let alone available for purchase, so that's fair game, including the Oxygène 7, 8, 10 remixes.

Also maybe the remixes you are looking for are in Nico's Database. I used to have access but can't remember my password nor what the link is so cannot check.
