Nice track, perfect to listen when you watch a film with suspense !
Which synths used ? I hear some Distorded Reality and maybe Nostalgia or CS-80V !

Distorted reality for the effects in background (fiberoptics) and for the pad (metapipes), Arturia arp2600 V for the water drops, Arturia minimoog V for the "sweep" pad. Some effects (reverb, phaser, delay) and all of that recorded in cubase.
