For those who are interested how I produced it. I created this using Cubase 5 using mostly free plugins from kvraudio.com.
Minimogue (main lead, phased wind noise, octave sequence)
Rhythmus (MiniPops 7 drum unit +flanger)
Micromoon (RMI lead sound +flanger)
eSLine (Solina strings +phaser +delay)
The water bubbling sound on fade out was produced with the Korg Legacy MS20 plugin +phaser +delay.
