Listened again, the 'rushed' feeling was just between the ears. Solid sounds on your remix and one can hear you have the actual hardware, whereas I'm just working with Roland Cloud (which is not bad at all bad btw). But it lacks that little extra sparkle and defination in the highs, not even to mention the original D-50 A/D-converters which you immediately hear. And those A/D-converters at the time the D-50 was released were something out of this world!
