Just received my copy of Push Turn Move... Kim Bjørn wasn't kidding when he talked about the care given to his book and the quality... Very nice design and layout, nice photos, thick paper... High quality.

Now I just need to find the time to read it - it's not just a pretty coffee table book :-)
