Talkbox-Style Synth On 'Circus'?

Hi,
Does anyone know what the Talkbox-style synth is that comes in around the two minute mark on the track 'Circus' with Siriusmo from Electronica 2? I think it comes back in at about 2:40 (oo-yah-oo-yah-oo-yah sound) but with more of a chorus effect added to it. It's been bugging me for a while as I like the sound and I think I heard a similar version of it on the 'Calypso' track from WfC!
